  • Oyster: 5
  • Caper: 28
  • Lettuce: taste.
  • Mayonnaise: taste.


Wrap the slices of salted Salmon in the form of a cartridge. Join the oysters and the eggs with a little mayonnaise and connects all, stirring. Fill the pipes with this mixture and arrange them on a plate with two capers on top of each one.
