Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • Garlic: 2
  • Lemon (juice): 2
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Olive oil: 250 ml
  • Salt and pepper: taste.

  • Salmon medallions: 4
  • Salt and pepper: taste.

Directions

Season the salmon medallions to taste (example: salt and lemon juice), and take the grill. For the sauce, add the cloves of garlic as well picadinhos or crushed, the lemon juice and the yolk, and beat vigorously with a whisk (or mixer), until you get a creamy consistency. Add the olive oil in wire, continued to beat, until the dough is thick and homogeneous. Season with salt and pepper.
