  • Flour: 50 g
  • Butter: 50 g
  • Milk: 250 ml
  • Fish broth: 250 ml
  • Smoked salmon: 250 g
  • Chopped parsley: 1 Pinch
  • Salt and pepper: The taste -
  • Flour: To panar -
  • Egg: 1 (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs: 50 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil: For frying -


In a frying pan lightly fry the flour with the butter. Then, introduces to a few milk and broth, both hot. Moves continuously. The sauce should thicken.
