  • Cod roe: 3 medium-sized
  • Medium onion: 1
  • Red pepper: 1/2
  • Olive oil: taste.


Put the eggs to cook in water with salt (about 20 minutes).

Meanwhile, chop finely the onion and bell pepper. Irrigate with plenty of olive oil and involved.

When the eggs are cooked, escorrê them well and cut them in thin slices with a knife knurling to not desfazerem.

Involve gently in the mix previous and sprinkle again with olive oil.
