Rice salmon

  • Fillets of salmon: 4
  • Rice: 1 Cup
  • Water: 2 Cups
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2
  • Tomatoes peeled or pulp, tomato: 2
  • Coriander: 1 Sprig


Heat the onion and minced garlic in the olive oil. When the onion is settled, then add the tomatoes, finely chopped. Let investigate a bit. Add the fillets of salmon and go turning until they are almost cooked (at this stage I cut them into cubes, but if you prefer to leave integers).

Add the water and let it boil again (to save time added to the water to boil). Season with salt. Add the rice, and simmer for about 10 minutes with the heat to a minimum. Delete and let the rice stand, covered, a little more. When serving sprinkle of the coriander.
