Ingredients

  • Salmon: 4 slices
  • Salt, pepper and lemon juice: taste.
  • Large onion: 1
  • Olive oil: 1 dl
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Flour for dusting: taste.
  • Ham: 4 slices
  • Baked potato: taste.
  • Chopped parsley: taste.
  • Orange: 1
  • Olive oil or olive oil for frying: taste.

Directions

Sprinkle the slices of salmon with salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Peel the onion and cut it into slices. In a large pan, heat the olive oil, add the crushed garlic, stir, and then add the sliced onions and stir up wanting to brown. With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the onion and the garlic. Pass the fish cutlets, one by one, by flour and fry them in olive oil on both sides. Go pulling out the pieces as they become chips and put them on a platter. On each post has the onion simmered, and around, the potatoes and the slices of ham. Pour over the oil that is left. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
