  • Potatoes: 600 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Milk: 150 ml
  • Flour: 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Margarine for greasing: taste.
  • Stuffing
  • Boiled fish: 250 g
  • Leek: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1
  • Eggs: 2
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Chopped parsley: 1 Sprig
  • Nutmeg: taste.
  • Salt and pepper:

Start by peeling off, and from the potatoes in half, wash them well and bring to the boil in salted water. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and barre with margarine. Drain the potatoes and cut them to puree. Add the milk, eggs, flour, a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.

Beat well, then pour in the tray and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until blond. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: peel the onion and the garlic. Cut the onion in half moons and chop the garlic.

Cut leek into slices, deleting first the old leaves outside and rama, and rinse it very well. Heat in a pan with olive oil, onion, garlic, and garlic French. Let the onions brown. Add the fish cleaned fur and bones and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Join then in the beaten eggs and chopped parsley and mix gently until the eggs are cooked.

Remove from the heat. Unmold the mass on top of a cloth, remove the parchment paper, spread it on top of the filling, wrap with the help of the cloth and let it sit for a bit.

Remove the cloth and serve. (If you need to take it to the oven again only to warm up).
