  • Mass broken: 460 g
  • Leek: 150 g
  • Carrot: 300 g
  • Broccoli: 200 g
  • Onion: 200 g
  • Pout: 200 g
  • Cress: 30 g
  • Rocket: 30 g
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • White Wine vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Egg: 1


Cut into thin rings the carrots, leeks, and the onions. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion, after the leeks, carrots and broccoli. Then join the pout, starting in sips and season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

In a way it late to put on the bottom of the mass broken. Fill with the filling of vegetable and fish and put another layer of dough broken up. Una both with the tip of the fingers and brush with egg yolk.

Bake at 170 degrees until the dough to bake. Serve accompanied with a salad watercress and arugula, seasoned with olive oil and white wine vinegar.
