  • Baked potato preferably with skin: 400 g
  • Spinach cooked: 200 g
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Flour with leaven: 100 g
  • Olive oil: 100 ml
  • Eggs: 6
  • Bread crumbs with garlic and parsley: taste.
  • Stuffing
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Cod cooked, cleaned from bones and skins in chips: 2 put
  • Seasoning, Garlic and Parsley Esp


Peel the potatoes and cut them to puree. Involving the spinach ground, as well as milk, flour and olive oil. Add the egg yolks and season with salt.

Beat the egg whites and fold in the prepared earlier. Pour the prepared mixture on a rectangular tray greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, the 190ºC.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: fry the garlic, crushed in the butter. Add the cod, the Seasoning, Garlic and Parsley and pepper. Remove from the heat and involving the pickles and mayonnaise.

Remove the pie from the oven and unmold on a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with breadcrumbs. About the cooked dough, spread the filling of cod and wrap with the help of parchment paper.

You can serve immediately, or cool down completely.
