  • Codfish: 2 Put
  • Potatoes: 1 kg
  • Butter: the taste.
  • Milk taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: 4 Tbsp
  • Large onion: 1
  • Garlic: 3
  • Salsa: 1 Branch
  • Ripe tomato: 300 g
  • Laurel: 1 Sheet
  • White wine: 1 dl
  • Gem: 1


Bake the potatoes and reduces-if, then, the mashed potatoes. Joins a spoon of butter and milk until potatoes are soft. Season with salt and pepper.

Pan lightly fry for 15 minutes, in the heat very low, olive oil, onion, garlic and the chopped parsley, tomato, and bay leaf.
