Pangasius with a crust of bread

  • Pangasius: 4 medallions
  • Corn bread: 1/2
  • Oregano and rosemary dry: the taste
  • Coriander, finely diced fresh: the taste
  • Crushed garlic cloves: 3
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Lemon juice: taste.


Season the medallions of fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, and leave to marinate for a few minutes.

However, crumble the corn bread, and in a frying pan, put a generous dash of olive oil and garlic, crushed, and let it cook a little, without winning color. Join the bread, oregano, rosemary and coriander, and get involved as well.

Remove from the heat and set aside. Lightly coat with olive oil in the bottom of a tray with olive oil and place the medallions. On top sprinkle the bread and bake in the oven at 180 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
