  • Okras Vanduzi: 250 g
  • Onions: 2
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Malaguetas: 2
  • Pumpkin: 400 g
  • Aubergines: 2
  • Palm oil: 1 dl
  • Fish cut into pieces: 1 kg
  • Salt: taste.
  • Chopped parsley: taste.


Season the fish with salt and with the malaguetas already bites. Peel the eggplants, cut them into thick slices and place to soak in cold water seasoned with salt for 30 minutes.

Peel the onions and the deliver and chop it all.

Put in a pan, add the oil palm and heat.

Leave to cook until the onion is soft.

Drain the eggplant peeled and cut in cubes, okras cut into thick slices, add 3 dl of water and bring to a boil.

Add the fish, mix gently and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

Check the salt and before serving sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
