Golden medallions of monkfish in a frying pan. Curl up in the thin slices of ham Consortium Serrano and through them with a toothpick. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180.

In parallel, peeling the artichokes and cut them into thin slices. Dourá them with olive oil and serve as a garnish.
