Medallions of hake wrapped in prosciutto

  • Medallions of hake: 4
  • Ham: 4 large Slices
  • Olive oil: 1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon (juice): 1/2
  • Salt: The taste
  • Pepper: The taste
  • Oregano: The taste


Season, to taste, the medallions of hake with salt, lemon juice, black pepper and oregano.

Wrap a slice of ham around each medallion and secure with a toothpick.

Place the olive oil in a frying pan and when the oil is hot, aloure the medallions of hake.

Cook about 5 minutes, until the medallions are cooked.

Remove and serve with a salad to taste.
