Medallions of hake with mayonnaise in the oven

  • Fresh spinach: 1/2 Package
  • Medallions of hake: 5
  • Eggs: 2
  • Mayonnaise: The taste
  • Melted cheese: The taste
  • Lemon (juice): 1
  • Salt: taste.


Cook the eggs, and hot and spinach. In a container that can go in the oven, put the spinach and over the medallions of hake (which may still be frozen). Season with salt and lemon juice. From the eggs slices and place on top of the medallions.

Smear all with mayonnaise and cover with melted cheese.

Put in the oven, 180, covered with a sheet of aluminum foil. Passed 15/20 minutes, remove the foil and leave hard grating with careful not to burn. Keep up with mashed potatoes.
