Mackerel with herb butter

  • Mackerel: 2 kg
  • Potatoes to bake: 2 kg
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: 30 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Black pepper: taste.
  • Paprika: taste.
  • Coriander: taste.
  • Salvia: taste.


Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes of similar size. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary and bake in the oven to 190 degrees. Sting-if coriander and salvia and join the butter at room temperature.

Finally, grid-if the mackerel in a drizzle of olive oil, and when it is almost ready joins the butter to melt in the heat of the frying pan.
