Hake fillets wrapped in bacon

Ingredients

  • Hake fillets: 4
  • Slices of bacon: 8
  • Lemon juice: 1 (lemon large)
  • Salt: taste.

Directions

Season in advance the fillets with salt and lemon juice. Let marinate one or two hours in the refrigerator. Then, wrap each thread in two slices of bacon and cook it in the oven to 180/200 C, in a tray lightly greased of oil, about 30/45 minutes.

You can accompany with a rice and mushrooms.
