Golden White Wine

  • Golden large: 2
  • Onion slices: 2
  • Tomatoes slices: 3
  • Lemon slices into very thin: 1
  • Garlic slices: 6
  • Salsa: 5 ft 6 in
  • Laurel: 2 sheets
  • Oregano: 1 tablespoon
  • Thyme: 1 tablespoon
  • Butter: 50 g
  • White wine: 250 ml
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.


Pre-heat the oven to 200 c. Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Over arrange the onions, 2 tomatoes, lemon, garlic, herbs (bay leaf, thyme, óregãos and parsley and butter. Put the gold in the bed and on top put two slices of tomato and a lemon and part of the salsa. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour over with the white wine and cook it in the oven for about 50 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes in the oven (in the part, since the addition of white wine encrua the potatoes and the same will not baking) and a mix of lettuce.
