  • Flecks of black scabbard fish: 2 kg
  • Whole almonds without skin: 200 g
  • Lemons: 4
  • Pepper pressed: taste.
  • Garlic powder ground: to taste.
  • Breadcrumbs: 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Salt: taste.
  • The water of olive oil: 1 cup


1 - Put the fillets scattered in the e.i.r.p.

2 - Watering with the juice of the limõe.

3 - Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

4 - Sprinkle with olive oil.

5 - Put in the oven at 200 c for 15 minutes.

6 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the almonds and the bread crumbs.

7 - Put back in the oven to investigate and toast a little.
