  • Different fish according to availability (monkfish, congro, pata purple streak, squid...): taste.
  • Potato: taste.
  • Clam shell: taste.
  • Onion: taste.
  • Ripe tomato: taste.
  • Red pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • White wine mature: taste.
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Leave the fish and feature-if the put in a alguidar. Season with a little salt and leave to marinate for 1 hour and 30/2h00. At the bottom of the pan put some clams, to prevent the cooked take, and provides the first layer of the stew by starting with a good amount of onion slices, tomato also slices, pepper into strips, parsley and salt. On top put the potatoes and finally the fish. Continue always in this order, ending with a layer of fish and onion, tomato, green pepper and parsley. Irrigation with a drizzle of olive oil and a bit of white wine. Boil on a low heat for about 15 minutes from the time of the boil.
