  • Medallions of hake: 6
  • Medium potatoes: 6
  • Cebolinhos: 2
  • Blue cheese: 100 g
  • Walnut kernels: 100 g
  • Olive oil to taste:
  • Salt and pepper to taste:

Grease the bottom of a tray refractory with a little olive oil and arrange around the medallions of hake.

Wash the potatoes, peel, cut them into quarters and distribute them by the board, to the back of the fish.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

Rub seasoning on the surface of the fish and potatoes, and turn the latter with the bark up.

Bake in the oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft (test with a toothpick).

However fry a little walnut kernels in a frying pan and let cool.

Cut the spring onions into thin slices and mix with the walnut already cold.

Add the blue cheese, cut into small pieces, for your dates and book.

When the potatoes are baked distribute over the mixture of cheese, nuts, and green onions.

Bake 5 more minutes, until the cheese has melted.
