Fillets with spinach and yogurt

  • Fish: 4 fillets
  • Spinach: 400 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Butter: 25 gr
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • White wine: 1 cup
  • Natural yoghurt: 1 cup
  • Lemon: 1


Cut the spinach into pieces. Peel and cock-if the onion and the garlic. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Bypasses the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.

Add the flour, stirring. It keeps the heat until it begins to foam. Add the wine, stirring constantly. Remains, once more, to form the foam on the surface and start to thicken. Add the spinach sauce along with the yogurt.

Leave to boil and continues to boil for about 3 minutes. Fry or escalfam-if the fish fillets. Have a serving dish, pour sauce with spinach and serve garnished with slices of lemon.
