Fillets of salmon with wine sauce

  • Fillets of salmon: 4
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt and pepper: The taste
  • Garlic: 2
  • White wine: 4 dl
  • Medium onion: 1
  • Fresh vegetables: 2 dl


Put a saucepan on the stove to heat up. As is well hot sprinkle with a little olive oil. Dry up the loins of salmon with a cloth. Place fillets in sauce pan, season with salt and pepper and allow to brown on both sides. After you remove and set aside in a warm place.

Put the wine in the casserole, as well as the onion and the garlic cloves, minced. Simmer until the wine reduce to half. Add the cream and simmer for five minutes more. Serve the loins with the sauce.
