Ingredients

  • Bean: 500 g (you can alternatively be beans canned cooked)
  • Cod: 2 Put
  • Carrots: 4
  • Onions: 2
  • Garlic: 2
  • Bay leaf: 1

Directions

On the previous day, put the beans to soak (in the case of not opt for beans, canned, pre-cooked). Take it to cook in a pressure cooker, with salt, bay leaf and onion cut into four. Let boil until they hear the whistle. Then lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Delete and leave the pan covered until you lose the pressure. In another pan, bring to cook in olive oil with the other onion and minced garlic.

Then add a little broth to boil the beans and carrots cut into cubes. Let investigate a bit. To join, so the cod cut to the square.
