  • Migas cod: 200 g
  • Water: 250 ml
  • Margarine: 50 g
  • Lard: 1 Tablespoon
  • Eggs: 4
  • Flour: 170 g
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg: The taste


Place the cod in a bowl and add 1 cup of water. Give him a boil for 3 minutes in the microwave on full power.

Drain the water, taking advantage of it, and unroll the cod in chips with the help of a fork. Book.

However mild to warm up the water of the cod in a tachinho, completing it with more water if necessary to obtain 250 ml, together with the margarine, lard and salt.

Boil until melt the fat, and mix the flour and the yeast, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until you have a mass that is well connected.

Beat the eggs, season to taste with pepper and nutmeg and mix them in the mass, stirring constantly, so as to obtain a homogeneous cream.
