  • Migas cod: 1 Package (400 g)
  • Pulp tomatoes with garlic: 1 Tin
  • Eggs: 4

Soaking, clean and unpacking the mashed cod. Put a pot with boiling water, seasoned with a little salt, and scalding cod. To book.

Preheat the oven to 150 C.

In a bowl, put the pulp of tomatoes and mash with a magic wand. Join the whole egg and beat well. Finally add the cod and the straw potatoes and mix well.
