  • Corvina: 1,5 kg
  • Potatoes cut into small cubes: 1 kg
  • Water: 1/2 Cup
  • White wine: 1/2 Cup
  • Olive oil: A wire
  • Butter: 2 Tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 1 (lemon)
  • Mass of red pepper (or paprika): 2 Tablespoons
  • Mass of garlic: 1 Tablespoon
  • Laurel leaves: 1
  • Tomilhoa: A folhinhas
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Prepare the potatoes, cut them in small cubes, place them in a container with water, salt, a little bit of white wine and a bay leaf. Book for an hour to take a taste.
