Bruschetta of horse Mackerel

  • Bread type alentejo: 250 g
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Tomato: 200 g
  • Horse mackerel (canned): 2 cans
  • Cheese Mozarella: 40 g
  • Parmesan cheese: 10 g
  • Basil: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Pincela the bread with olive oil and rub with a clove of garlic.

Put on top of tomato slices, add pepper and cheese Mozarella grated.

It takes the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven, joins the atlantic horse mackerel and rala the parmesan cheese over the top.

Ends with basil leaves.
