Breaded fish roe

  • Roe (fresh or frozen): 400 g
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon: 1/2
  • Margarine: 1 Tablespoon
  • For the breaded
  • Flour
  • Egg: 1
  • Milk: 2 Tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs: taste
  • For frying
  • Oil


It takes up eggs and bake in water seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice and margarine. Boil 2 minutes.

Flows-if the eggs and leave to cool. Passes-if, then, eggs and flour and then, on the beaten egg with the milk. Finally, you pass by the bread crumbs.

Fry the eggs in oil hot. Flows-if the frying on absorbent paper. It goes well with with broccoli cooked.
