  • Dried cod shredded: 300 g
  • Olive oil: 150 ml
  • Soy milk: 150 ml
  • Eggs: 4 units
  • Whole wheat flour: 250 g
  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt fine: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: qb


Soak the cod during 24 hours, changing the water three times in this space of time. Drain and cut into pieces.

Beat the eggs with the olive oil and soy milk.

Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
