Tisane of ginger and orange

  • Ginger root: 3 cm
  • The cinnamon stick: 1
  • Orange: 1
  • Water 1 l
  • Honey 2 Tablespoons


Wash the ginger root and place it in a casserole. Add the cinnamon. Wash the orange and cut the peel in thin strips, and join them to the rest of the ingredients. Add the water and honey and boil for ten minutes. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the tea and the coe. Serve hot.
