  • Jelly orange: 3 tablespoons
  • Ice cream: 1 ball
  • Espresso ice cream, 50 ml
  • Milk ice cream, 30 ml
  • Coffee ice: 4pedras
  • Whipped cream, and grated orange peel: to taste.


Put the jelly orange on the bottom of the cup, spreading a little for the interior walls of the glass. Mix in a blender and ice-cream, cream, espresso coffee, the coffee ice cubes and ice cold milk. Pour the mixture into the cup up to two-thirds. Garnish with whipped cream and orange zest.
