Iced tea with mint

  • Water 1 l
  • Black tea: 2 Tablespoons
  • Mint: 1 Branch
  • Sugar: 80 g
  • Mint: taste.


Boil the water, add the tea and remove from the heat. Let stand for two minutes. Filter and add the sugar. Pour into a baking tray and place in the freezer until well chilled, and begin to crystallize. Remove from the cold and stir well. Distribute for glasses and serve with the mint.
