  • Milk: 2 Cups
  • Cocoa pure: 4 Tablespoons
  • Brown sugar: 1 Teaspoon
  • Instant coffee: 1 Teaspoon
  • Corn starch: 1 Tablespoon, rasa
  • Chocolate shavings of cuisine: taste.
  • Cinnamon: taste.


Place in a pan 1/2 cup of milk and add all the ingredients except the corn starch. When they start to boil dissolve the remaining milk (cold) in the corn starch and add to the prepared cocoa. Serve hot and sprinkled with grated chocolate and cinnamon.
