  • Chocolate: 1 Tablet (200 g)
  • Corn starch: 2 Tablespoons
  • Milk 1 l


Sting well chocolate (this of your choice, more or less bitter). By the litre of milk, take a small amount and dissolve in him the Cornstarch.

Turn on the stove over medium or low. Pour the milk (already with the Cornstarch built-in), in the proportion indicated, to a large pot and add the chopped chocolate.

Stir constantly with a wire whisk until the mixture is homogeneous and present a creamy consistency.

Check if there are darker points (chocolate that has not melted). If so, continue to stir.

Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
