Hailed grape and honey

  • Grapes: 2 bunches
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Ice: 2 couvetes


In a food processor or kitchen robot put the grapes without the foot, and grind all very well, a loop pass everything slowly and add honey to taste. Chop the ice all the way until stay (snowflakes), put on the glasses and pour the juice on top of the ice until you reach the desired texture.
