Salad of boiled octopus

  • Boiled octopus: 1 kg
  • Tomato: 2
  • Peppers: 1
  • Onion: 2
  • Garlic: 2
  • Coriander or parsley: 1 Sauce
  • Oregano: The taste
  • Baked potato (optional): 2
  • Boiled egg (optional): 2
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar: taste.


Chop all ingredients into small pieces (after boiled octopus and cut off). Combine all ingredients and, in the salad bowl, season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Serve chilled.

To bake the octopus: Prepare and clean the octopus. Bring to a pressure cooker on a high heat, with 1 cup water, and 1 onion (this is not stripped). When the pot raise pressure, is the bake for 20 minutes. After cooling, open the pressure cooker, drain the chicken, cut it to pieces and is ready for the salad.
