  • Octopus: 3/4 kg
  • Corn mainland: 1
  • Sweet potato: 1,5 kg
  • Sprouts pack shoy: 3
  • Garlic: 1
  • Olive oil mainland: 2 dl
  • Coriander sauce: 1
  • Laurel: 1 Sheet
  • Black pepper grain: The taste
  • Salt: The taste


1. Take the octopus bake in the oven steam for 1 hour or in a pan with a little water, a bay leaf, a few grains of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil for 45 minutes.

2. Grind the corn bread and bake in the oven to dry a little, lamine the garlic and cut the cabbage by the stalks.

3. In a frying pan, put a little bit of olive oil, then the garlic, cabbage, and season with a little salt

4. Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven-dried at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, let cool and cut the slices

5. Core the tentacles in warm oil and emprate
