Octopus with basil sauce and salsa

  • Octopus: 1
  • Medium potatoes: 4
  • Green beans: 200 g
  • Cauliflower: 200 g
  • Basil: taste.
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Olive oil:
  • Lima:
  • Salt:


Bake the octopus water for 40 minutes, the part bake potatoes, cabbage, and beans with a pinch of salt. Remove from heat when they are cooked and put in a container everything together.

For the sauce, put a few sprigs of basil and parsley in the mortar, sprinkle with a little olive oil and lima. Put the sauce on top of the preparation.
