Ingredients

  • Octopus, large: 1
  • Onion, average: 1
  • Olive oil: A generous wire
  • Green pepper in the uk, the: 1
  • Baked potatoes with the skin in the water and salt: 1 kg
  • Parsley and coriander: taste.
  • Head of garlic: 1
  • Salt and pepper: taste.
  • Balsamic vinegar: A wire

Directions

Bake well the octopus (if possible in a pressure cooker) with water, salt, and onion slices. Drain well octopus and bake it on the grill (optional). However bake the potatoes and give them a punch (or tighten each of the potatoes with the back of a spoon). In a pyrex dish put enough oil, minced garlic and bell pepper. Bake at 200 degrees C until the oil begins to bubble. Remove and add the octopus and the potatoes. Sprinkle with vinegar, parsley and coriander and grind the spices. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Serve with black olives.
