  • Bay leaf: 1
  • Garlic: 1
  • Purple Onion: 2
  • coriander: 1 teaspoon
  • Red tomatoes: 1
  • Small potatoes: 6
  • Octopus: 1
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Bake the potatoes with the bark on a board of salt. Cut the tomatoes into slices and take it to bake in the oven, brush with a little olive oil so that it does not dry out. After thawing, take the octopus to cook in water with salt, bay leaf and onion.

It takes about 45 minutes. In a frying pan with olive oil, cook the onion, potatoes, and tomatoes. Add the coriander and let brown. In another frying pan with olive oil, brown the octopus with a little bit of coriander. To mount the dish, put in the center of the stir-fried potato and tomato.

The octopus cut into pieces is over. Drizzle with the olive oil that is left of the frying the chicken and sprinkle with black pepper.
