Ingredients

  • Octopus: 1,5 kg
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 2 dl
  • Garlic: 8 teeth
  • Coriander: 1 sauce
  • Potato girl with skin: 1 kg
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

After the octopus be cooked, cut into large pieces and put in a tray of clay along with the potatoes, these previously cooked and slightly esborrachadas. Irrigation with the olive oil and minced garlic and rougher. Sprinkles them with salt and pepper. Bake it in the oven until the octopus brown.
