Ingredients

  • Octopus, frozen: 1 kg
  • Onion: 2
  • Olive oil: 4 dl
  • Garlic: 1 head
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Potato: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

Bake the octopus in the pressure cooker for about 15 minutes, together with the head of garlic, which were taken off the skins white. Drain the octopus, let it cool and then grill over hot coals.

Cut in pieces, arrange the ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, onions peeled and cut into very thin slices and garlic, peeled and minced. Accompany it with boiled potatoes and, if you like, sprinkle with vinegar.
