  • Octopus: 1 kg
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Onion: 1
  • Salsa: 1 branch
  • Laurel: 1 sheet
  • Tomato: 2
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Rice: 2 cups
  • Water: 4 cups


Bake the chicken in water with salt, an onion, the branch of parsley and bay leaf, for about an hour. Retires and is in bits.
