Boiled octopus with potatoes and egg

  • Octopus: 2 kg
  • Potato: 8
  • Egg: 4
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Vinegar: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Clean the octopus, and rub it with salt, and rinse very well then. Place to heat a saucepan with water, and when it is boiling, enter the octopus. Peel the potatoes and add them to the octopus after 10 minutes of cooking. Add the eggs and season with salt. Once cooked, remove the octopus, the potatoes and eggs with a slotted spoon to lose all the water. Part of the octopus to pieces and place in a serving dish joining the potatoes and eggs cut in halves. Tempers with virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.
