Smoothie strawberry and kiwi

  • Strawberries: 250 g
  • Kiwi: 2
  • Sugar: 20 g
  • Ice: 15 cubes
  • Yogurt smoothie slim: 125 g
  • Evaporated milk is not sugary: 20 cl
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Mint leaves: taste.


Wash the strawberries and take to their feet. Cut them into pieces. Cut the kiwis in half, remove the pulp with a spoon and add it to strawberries. Add the sugar and leave to macerate in a cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Place ice cubes in the glass mixer and smash them.

Then, add the macerated fruit and yogurt previously mixed with the evaporated milk. Beat until the mixture is creamy. Pour into glasses and keep in the cold.

Even before serving, garnish with one or two leaves of mint.
