Beaten creamy mango Thermomix

  • Sleeve: 70 g
  • Avocado: 70 g
  • Nectar sleeve: 100 ml
  • Milk: 140 ml
  • Lime juice: 1 Tablespoon
  • Ice cubes: 2
  • Cup of water, 1/2


Peel the mango and avocado, taking care to keep in both the fruits of your seed. This will prevent the part that is left over oxide. Remove the pulp of the fruit of the mango and avocado until you get the desired amount. Grind the fruit with the ice in the Thermomix per 1m in Speed 8. Join the nectar of the sleeve, milk, lime juice and water, grinding more 30s at the Speed 8.
