  • Lemons: 6
  • Water: 4 dl
  • Sugar: 500 g


Remove the peel of a lemon (well washed) very thin strips. Pour the water and the shells in a pot, covered, will heat 5 minutes. Should not bringing to the boil. Squeeze the lemons (average) by adding the juice in a container where it joins the sugar. Coa-if the liquid from the pot to the container.
