Homemade lemonade

  • Lemon juice just squeeze: 1 liter
  • Sugar: 400 g
  • Water with gas: to taste.
  • Mint: 1 Branch


Put the lemon juice and the sugar in a pan and bring to simmer, stirring frequently, until the sugar dissolves, but without boiling.

Pour it through a sieve and pour the juice in glass bottles. Cover and bake in the refrigerator.

When serving, stir in the water with gas in amount to your liking.

Garnish with mint leaves.
