Carrot juice

  • Carrot: 350 g
  • Orange juice: 3 Tablespoons
  • Tabasco: 4 Drop
  • Sauce: 2 Drop
  • Salt and ice to taste.


Wash carefully carrots, peel and cut into slices. Mixed with the ice, a few drops of tabasco, orange juice, soy sauce, salt and put in a blender.

Grinds up to obtaining a high uniform. Pass a loop network fine and pour in cups. Serve cold.
